Me & My Journey

Between art and analytics, I find the heartbeat of a product. I’m Pranishi Agrawal, a fashion merchandising student based in San Francisco. I work at the intersection of creativity and commerce, translating design vision into compelling assortments and retail experiences.

My interest in how aesthetics—color, texture, and presentation—shape consumer behavior led me to study merchandising at the Academy of Art University. I’ve learned that successful merchandising goes beyond product; it’s about understanding the customer, anticipating trends, and creating cohesive, desirable offerings.

I’ve brought concepts to life through projects like Élevé, a private label rooted in subtle luxury, and “When Simon Met Ralph,” where I focused on assortment strategy and consumer positioning. These experiences reinforced that merchandising is about storytelling through product, balancing intuition with data to drive connection and value.

I aim to create retail experiences that are intentional, trend-driven, and consumer-focused—blending fashion insight with strategy to build meaningful and lasting impact.
